I want to make it clear that I’m a huge GAGA fan.  I’ve been to three of her concerts including her amazing show here in Vegas.  So this is not an expose on her or to shame her in anyway.

When Lady Gaga first started out, I loved her original look.  One thing I strongly feel about Lady Gaga is that she’s not a vain person and if she was not in the public eye and so strongly used as an industry tool in the beginning of her career she would’ve never had plastic surgery. When I’ve listened to interviews with her; she has this endearing vulnerability and sincerity that I believe led her to being influenced into getting this work.

It is a plastic surgery positive channel so my goal is to show you that if its beauty you seek it is attainable. We are here to support one another on our own paths to this beauty. 

Lets start with Lady Gaga’s fillers; she has admitted to experimenting with botox and fillers a couple years back : I don’t think she specifally mentioned where but if I had to guess I think it was in her cheeks and lips.  The director of her applause video notably asked her to stop her fillers as he wanted her to look as natural as possible; bravo to a kind industry person.

Lady Gaga’s nose; people tend to look at her profile and think it hasn’t changed but remember a nose can be changed from the frontal perspective  and not to the side profile. Many singers are hesitant to get nose jobs because some types of nose jobs do change a singers voice in particular the kind that do work on the nasal septum.  A septoplasty will only straighten your nose and corrects your nose functionally but if I had Gaga’s voice I wouldn’t take any risks and its very likely that her people would’ve strongly advised against it.

Which confirms again what I told you guys about a nose not mattering as much to a face as you think it does

Somethings that can affect the look of a nose:

1.Chin balance

2.Hair style

Bangs close to the face or hair being flat : as we see in these photos gaga nose looks bigger in these photos because of her bangs and hair being straight down on her face.

Chin I believe lady Gaga may have had a small chin implant put in to balance her nose with the rest of her face and also to improve her side and 3/4 profile.  Her profile is convex in nature this means that her nose sticks out more than any other feature and this makes her nose look more prominent than it is.  If she had a more neutral profile for example the same nose wouldn’t be so prominent looking.

Another notable change Gaga made was to her zygoma or the cheekbones. I think this change was made recently like in 2018 to 2019. this can be achieved through fillers or cheekbone implants but because Gaga has admitted to experimenting with fillers in earlier years I think she chose fillers for this particular look.  I want to call attention to what these fillers did for her.  Do you see how much more the focal point her eyes have become.  She has big beautiful brown eyes and putting filler in the zygoma has taken the focus off her mid face and placed it on her eyes.

Lady Gaga has used face lift tape for years.  Face lift tape is a special tape that is used to pull the face back in the same fashion that a facelift does but its only temporary. 

But the big bombshell change I believe Lady Gaga had as recent as the end of last year is a facelift.  Yes a facelift.  If you look at these photos leading up to the procedure she was already frequently wearing her hair back to in essence mimic what a facelift would do.  But look at these recent photos; do you see the beautiful up swept nature of her cheeks and how her brows follow her cheekbones and her sleek lower face? I believe this is due to a face lift.

The type of facelift I believe she had done is a smas facelift.  Because Gaga is only 33 years old this was a facelift to enhance and achieve a certain type of look she wanted for her face not to correct aging or sagging tissues.  Sometimes facelifts are done in conjunction with cheek implants and she may have had small cheek implants placed there.

Its sorta easy for Lady Gaga’s lift scars to be missed because of her frequently wearing lace front wigs which can obscure the hair line everywhere including around the ears.

Here’s what can be learned about Lady Gaga procedures; a more natural looking nose job (as Lady Gaga has likely had) can not only subtly take the focus off your nose but can put it on your eyes.

A facelift is no longer only for correcting problems with aging and sagging but also  to create a more exotic or enhanced look to your face and cheeks.

A chin implant can balance out your face and also take the focus off of your nose .

A hairstyle off your face can also take the focus of your nose.
